Learn how to make Japanese Gyoza dumplings, with the help of Thiago Guerra. Gyoza are Japanese dumplings filled with ground meat and vegetables. A common gyoza filling combines minced pork, ginger, onion, garlic, cabbage,  soy and sesame oil, all wrapped up in a thin sheet of pastry. Gyoza served with a soy sauce. Enjoy!

Steps
Neatly place the filling in the centre of the pastry
Line the edge of the pastry with water to seal
Make small folds across one side of the pastry
Seal by firmly pressing edges together
Steam and fry until golden
