St. Patrick's Day celebrations in Japan and Ireland can be quite different due to cultural and historical reasons.

In Ireland, St. Patrick's Day is a national holiday, and it is celebrated with parades, street festivals, live music, and plenty of green attire. The biggest celebrations take place here in Dublin, where a massive parade takes over the city center. Pubs and restaurants offer traditional Irish food and drinks, and people of all ages gather to celebrate their Irish heritage or simply enjoy the festivities.

In Japan, St. Patrick's Day is not a national holiday, and it is not widely celebrated outside of expat communities or tourist areas. However, there are some events held in Tokyo and other major cities, such as the annual St. Patrick's Day parade in Tokyo's Omotesando district. These events often include performances by Irish musicians and dancers, as well as food and drink vendors serving Irish fare such as Guinness and shepherd's pie.

However you choose to spend the day, we hope you make the most of it! From all of us at Yamamori, Sláinte and Happy St. Patrick's Day!
