At nearly 25 years old, Yamamori has expanded from one space on George’s Street in 1995, to three vibrant locations known for everything from authentic Japanese cuisine and excellent cocktails, to buzzing dance nights and memorable experiences - and this wouldn’t be possible without the talented and committed people that make Yamamori tick. A short intro to the team behind yamamori, the original Japanese cuisine innovators with an accomplished three restaurants located in the heart of Dublin city. Offering a selection of grilling, simmering, steaming and frying of Japanese cuisine. Think teriyaki, soy marinated fish fillets, yakitori, ramen, udon, and other distinctive dishes that tend to be low in fat and full in flavor.
