Experience Japan 2024 in Dublin's Phoenix Park

A Sunny Day of Japanese Culture and Cuisine

Experience Japan 2024 took place in Dublin's Phoenix Park, where the weather was beautiful, with clear skies and sunshine. The festival ran from 12 pm to 4 pm, attracting a diverse crowd eager to experience Japanese culture and cuisine.

Team Yamamori's Return to Experience Japan

Team Yamamori was thrilled to participate in Experience Japan after a long hiatus. This event gave them the perfect opportunity to share the same authentic Japanese food served in their restaurants with a wider audience.

Team Yamamori offered a fantastic selection of dishes. The most popular food items were katsu sando and gyoza. These dishes are staples in Japanese cuisine and were well-received by the festival attendees, leading to long queues at the booth.

On the dessert front, the miso cheesecake was a hit. Its unique blend of savory miso with creamy cheesecake intrigued visitors and became a talking point. For drinks, Team Yamamori served Japanese green tea and oolong tea. Additionally, they introduced ramune, a Japanese soft drink with a distinctive bottle design that adds an interactive element to opening it. Many festival-goers enjoyed learning how to pop the marble and experiencing the refreshing taste of ramune.

An International Event

Experience Japan is a truly international event, attracting people from various backgrounds. Team Yamamori's booth was a microcosm of this diversity, with people enjoying the food, learning about Japanese culture, and interacting with the team. It was a lively and engaging atmosphere, where attendees could explore traditional Japanese crafts, music, and dance while savoring delicious food.

If you missed Experience Japan or want to enjoy Team Yamamori's food again, their restaurants in Dublin offer the same menu. From katsu sando and gyoza to miso cheesecake, you can find all the popular items. Don't forget to book your table in advance to ensure a spot, especially given the festival's success and the long queues at the booth.
