We are thrilled to officially announce the launch of our Sushi Workshop at Yamamori! On May 24th, we hosted our inaugural sushi workshop, which was a resounding success. This engaging event was designed as a corporate activity and welcomed 30 enthusiastic participants.


 

The workshop began with an informative presentation about the history of Yamamori, and the rich cultural heritage of sushi. Our guests were captivated by the fascinating stories and the deep-rooted traditions behind this beloved Japanese cuisine.


 

Following the presentation, our expert chefs showcased their exceptional skills in a live fish-cutting demonstration. Attendees were mesmerized by the precision and artistry involved in preparing sushi-grade fish.

One of the highlights of the workshop was the hands-on experience. Participants had the opportunity to learn how to make Norimaki (seaweed rolls) under the guidance of our top sushi chefs.

It was a fun and educational activity that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
