We're back for another epic night of Japanese Whisky tasting event with Yamamori and Suntory! Take advantage of this chance.

Join us at the iconic venue Izakaya, Yamamori on George Street in the heart of Dublin city for our upcoming Japanese Whisky Tasting event. In collaboration with Suntory, we will provide 5 exceptional Japanese whiskies from Suntory. We’ll guide you through a remarkable tasting experience, all accompanied by a delicious Japanese meal.

Food and Whisky Pairing Menu:

  1. Edamame - Paired with a Cocktail Old Fashioned featuring "AO"

  2. Katsuo Tataki - Paired with Chita whisky

  3. Yaki Saba Sushi - Paired with Hakushu whisky

  4. Tempura - Paired with Yamazaki whisky

  5. Wagyu - Paired with Hibiki whisky

Chef Tomoyo

Chef Tomoyo is the head chef at Yamamori Izakaya, known for her exceptional culinary skills and innovative menu creations. Her dishes consistently leave a lasting impression on guests, often compelling them to return to the izakaya to savor more of her remarkable food. Tomoyo's expertise in balancing flavors and textures ensures that each dish not only stands out on its own but also complements the paired whisky perfectly.
