The Yamamori G&T: From Ireland to Japan

A totally Irish G&T: Dingle Gin and Poacher’s Tonic

An Irish Craft Experience

Yamamori has a gorgeous selection of gin cocktails available at all of our locations. We are now stocking a full selection of the island’s own Poacher’s Premium Irish Tonic Water, which emphasizes less sugar and more quality:

“Hand cut Irish herbs [including thyme and rosemary] for our tonic waters from County Meath. Organic Irish apples from County Kilkenny for our ginger ale. And all of them mixed with pure Irish spring water, famous the world over.”

Make the G&T classic a local craft experience with one of our many Irish craft gins, including Dingle Gin, and many more.

Or … Add in a splash of Japan!

Read on below for some of our top Japanese craft gin options, matched perfectly with Irish tonic water

Yamamori’s Japanese Gin Selection

While Japan is now famous for it’s top-notch whisky, small batch craft gin is making a huge splash. With whisky distillery Suntory leading the way in the emerging gin market, Japanese botanicals define these delicate batches.

Pictured here, left to right: (left) Suntory Roku Gin with Poacher’s Citrus Irish Tonic Water; (centre) Nikka Coffey Gin with Poacher’s Classic Tonic Water; and (right) KI NO BI Dry Gin with Kimino Yuzu Sparkling Drink.

Some of our favourites are Suntory Roku Gin infused with sakura leaf and sakura flower, sencha tea and gyokuro tea, sansho pepper and yuzu peel; Nikka Coffey Gin, produced in coffey column stills using a base of barley and corn and infused botanicals; and KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, the only gin made in Kyoto: KI NO BI (‘The Beauty of the Seasons’) uses a rice spirit base and water sourced in Fushimi.

A good idea with passionate individuals behind it is what gets me going!

With training and work experience in Marketing, Event Management and Architecture along with being an International Sailing Coach for the past ten years I have been afforded the opportunity to work alongside many inspiring individuals and groups.

With this experience I came to realise my passion and strengths are within creating and building relationships as well as realizing an idea or team's potential and helping them present that potential to prospective clients both visually and verbally.

I am always looking for a challenge and for the opportunity to help an individual or team bring an idea/dream to fruition!
