Join us for an exclusive Sake Tasting Workshop on Thursday, April 10th, at Yamamori North City / Tengu Venue, hosted in collaboration with the Ireland Japan Association (IJA).
We are delighted to welcome Sake Sommelier Sarika, a certified expert with multiple prestigious Sake and Shochu qualifications from the Sake Service Institute (SSI).
This 2-hour and 30-minute event will be a unique blend of networking and an immersive sake-tasting experience. You will have the chance to explore a curated selection of premium Japanese sake, each paired with a thoughtfully crafted food pairing by Yamamori. Whether you are a sake enthusiast or a curious beginner, this event is the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of spring, meet like-minded individuals, and expand your sake knowledge.

About Sarika Seki Hussey
A former United Nations official, Sarika spent a decade working in Gender Equality and Urban Development across Kenya, Thailand, and Vietnam. She is a certified SSI Official Sake and Shochu Lecturer and a Doburoku Ambassador in Japan. Sarika has collaborated on sake education with institutions like MIT Japan Program, Polish Vodka Museum, and Harvard Business School. With a global footprint spanning 60+ countries and 13 residences across four continents, she brings a truly international perspective to the world of sake.
