Join us for an exclusive Sake Tasting Workshop on Thursday, April 10th, at Yamamori North City / Tengu Venue, hosted in collaboration with the Ireland Japan Association (IJA).

We are delighted to welcome Sake Sommelier Sarika, a certified expert with multiple prestigious Sake and Shochu qualifications from the Sake Service Institute (SSI).

This 2-hour and 30-minute event will be a unique blend of networking and an immersive sake-tasting experience. You will have the chance to explore a curated selection of premium Japanese sake, each paired with a thoughtfully crafted food pairing by Yamamori. Whether you are a sake enthusiast or a curious beginner, this event is the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of spring, meet like-minded individuals, and expand your sake knowledge.

Both IJA members and non-members are welcome! This is a fantastic opportunity to network, connect, and enjoy an evening of exceptional flavours in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Official Sake & Shochu Lecturer: Certified by the Sake Service Institute (SSI), enabling her to educate others about these traditional Japanese beverages.
